All orders placed on our website can be paid for using the payment method available at
checkout. You can choose to pay through Mobile Money or using Debit and Credit
cards. All payments are secure on our website. Cash on delivery is NOT available

(during our business hours) or send us a WhatsApp message to place an order.

Western Region (Tarkwa): Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered on the same day (Unless stated otherwise). Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the next business day.
Outside Western (Tarkwa): Orders confirmed before 4pm will be processed on the same day. 
Depending on your regional location, your order will arrive within 1-3 business days
after processing. Delivery details will be provided.

Yes you can (except during sale periods). You can call our customer service line on

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are done within 24 hours of receiving your purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
